I hopped on a call with two of the interviewers. We discussed the role and my background. Afterwards I was scheduled a face to face interview the following morning with the customer service manager.

That morning it was a brief evaluation. Everything seemed to have gone well and he said he will speak to one of the other managers to go over the next steps.

As persistent as I was following up I didn’t note get any sort of update at all. I was really disappointed because these managers made it seem like they were really interested in hiring me since they expressed they liked my background and wanted to move forward. I felt this was really unprofessional and misleading.

Entrevista

Even though I received a confirmation e-mail for my interview, when I arrived they said my interview was not confirmed and made me wait 45 minutes while they interviewed another candidate. When they were finished, I could hear the two interviewers (I believe the hiring manager and employee who was leaving the role I was interviewing for) arguing in the hallway. The interview itself was fine and they seemed to like what I had to offer, but they were hiring immediately and I was not finishing up my classes for another month, so I was not given an offer.

Applied online and went straight to onsite. Had a panel interview with my hiring manager and the CFO. Asked some basic questions that they likely came up with individually, not particularly in a structured way. Very freeform. Got the offer on a phone call later that day.

Horrible! Waited for 45 mins on the conference room without getting interviewed. I finally decided to tell front desk that I will be leaving. Don’t recommend it. Horrible miscommunication. Beware future candidates.

Entrevista

First I applied and sent in my resume followed by an email invitation for an in person interview. Upon arriving I was asked to fill out a paper application asking for all my job experience that was already on my resume that I was requested to bring a copy of. I was also waiting with another applicant, I was waiting in the front desk area for over 20 mins. This was rather awkward and inconsiderate. The interviewer was nice but didn’t project any excitement about working there and really only had negative things to say. What I mean by that was not about the company but the job it’s self and basically explained that you have to be top of the class to bring in a decent check. Hourly rate was negotiable DOE but was fluffed by incentive for commission. One thing off putting to me was a comment on the strict dress code policy and attitude “ We don’t want people coming in being all relaxed, you are here to work. This isn’t google or some start up, I hate when people come in feeling entitled, you’re here to do a job...”

For me this was a clear sign this was not a place for me

Asked to fill a 3-4 page job application where information ranges from SSN to DOB to work experience to references to dates and phone numbers.... then 3 rounds of interviews including the CEO who would look into his mobile all the time while talking to you ... best part is I follow up 3 times and then the answer is ... we are still deciding ... and after more than a month they themselves send an email asking if I am still interested in this job. When replied ‘yes’ with a follow up email after 2 days ... NO REPLY ... guess what, all my recommendations in the interview have been implemented!

1st interview, the interviewer was 20 min late. 2nd interview, 15 min. late. 3rd interview, the interviewer was 35 minutes late and I left. I withdrew my application. My thought is that if my time is not valued, this is not a place I want to work. I received no apology for the no-show.

The person was 20 minutes late. Went well intil he asked me some marketing term I didn't know then he blew off everything I had to say. I think if I had known the terms then I think I would have gotten another interview with the HR manager.

I just met with Human Resources. I was told the hiring manager was too busy to speak with me. Waste of my time since I never heard back. You shouldn't set up interviews if the actual person making the real decisions isn't available.
