Phone interview with recruiter; from the beginning of the interview he was !very! pretentious, kept putting words in my mouth, talking about himself, fishing for negative scenarios and sounded like he had already made up his mind about not hiring me, the moment we started talking it was pretty obvious, so why even bother calling. Had hoped for a more professional touch.

First had a call from the HR rep, then later with the CEO. Standard Interview question, tell me about yourself , what my friends think about me, Process was fairly easy, they are very kind and courteous. Was a great interview. I enjoyed the simple process.

Lengthy and painful interview process. They requested two assignments: one on Facebook Ads and other on how to boost leads. Towards the end of the process, they not even had them in the file and requested me to resend them. Massive importance to culture fitting, inviting all final candidates to a group/panel tasks that was very disorganized - some of the interviewers did not even bother to pre-scan candidates CV. During any point of the interview process, they had a clear job description. All it was informed is that there were three possible positions open within the Marketing team.
