I had to complete a multitude of tasks, ranging from numeracy to how I would deal with different situations. The numeracy tests ask you to analyse data and manipulate it, whilst the reasoning gives you options on how to deal with a situation and you must rank the options from most to least likely

How would you respond if a new member of the team interrupted your presentation with suggestions of what they think you should do?
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience

Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
2 assessments. First assessment comprises of situational mcq questions and quantitative questions. Second assessment comprises of video interview questions where they give you a situation and ask how you would handle the situation
