the phone interview is quite staight forward , the HR would like to find out the personality and skills that I have; then received an email inviting for the persoanlity test

5 rounds of interviews; digital screen, then a call with HR, a chat with the team and then 2 with the executive. All of that for me to have to reach out to HR for a status update that provided no real information... to finally get the dreaded rejection email. ONLY to then find the job reposted on job boards. WOW!

Pretty clear. There's an assessment, an HR follow-up, and then they give you an on-demand interview where you record yourself answering questions. It was kind of strange to record yourself answering questions, instead of speaking to someone.
