Applied online. Upon successful completion of two different online behavioral based tests I was contacted via phone call, email communication then a 3-part interview which was behavioural, case and technical. There were three different interviewers. The process was one and a half hours long

Where do you see the market going in the next year
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience

Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
2 assessments. First assessment comprises of situational mcq questions and quantitative questions. Second assessment comprises of video interview questions where they give you a situation and ask how you would handle the situation
