Entrevista
I applied online, done an assessment test. After, I got an email I was invited for a telephone interview, when I tried to book it online there was never any slots available. So anyway I managed to get the interview, I passed. So, I was invited for the face to face interview. At the invitation email it stated there will be two people a branch manager and an area manager. However, a line manager approached me alone. Took me to a room and started the interview. I thought that this was highly subjective. During the course of the interview I found out that the line manager is not alone conducting interviews for the same job, other managers are interviewing other candidates. Its like what do they do when they finished interviewing everyone?? Sit there and say oh I like this person, but no I did not really like the other one. The interview itself was normal what I expected competency based questions. But for a multi-national cooperation to be this subjective I did not expect that. I had an interview at a very small business company and there was three people at the table!

The interview was professional, well-structured and welcoming. The questions were clear and relevant, and the interviewer created a comfortable environment while giving helpful insight into the role. The process was formal but that is to be expected given the company
The interview consisted of going through the curriculum vitae. explaining why I am good for the role. and examples of instances i showed hsbc values. showed what my ambitions were.
