Applied through co-op program through Northeastern University. The interview was fairly short and laid back with a minimal amount of questions. Was conducted by two people. A woman from HR paired with a male Highway Engineer. Most of the questions were them just trying to get to know me as a person and likely trying to judge my character through these questions
