The process was simple. After I applied, I was scheduled for phone interview followed by face to face. after few days offer was extended and accepted. Overall it was good experience

I wear hijab(scarf ) regularly to my (MBA)college & office.Recently I went for an interview here where he asked me to remove the scarf as I enter offfice & can wear it after office.He insisted repeatedly its important for the corporate world & has never seen someone wearing it to the workplace (viz not true at all). I argued that I'm comfortable how i'm & I am how I am & its the TALENT,SKILLS that u must c not my dress or scarf.I was badly hurt but selected.But I dropped the offer bcoz discrimination in working place is not good.
