SIAM (Service Integration and Management ). Interviewer mostly focused on in depth knowledge of service management. Scenario based question are there. So prepared some Scenario based question .

2. What are different kind of changes.
3. How we can avoid emergency changes.
4. As a change manager what is your two focus point.
5. In a 1 year old account you found that there are few gaps in process. How will you deal with it.
6. Interrelation between change /Incident/Problem
7. Give an example where an event turns into incident and then Configuration management.
8. Problem management Technique.
9. Difference between Incident and critical incident management.
10. Fire in a data center. Will you invole problem management team.
11. SIAM knowledge

Entrevista
I was interviewed 4 or 5 times on the phone between April and September before being invited for a face-to-face interview.
The process is complicated, approval remains pending for a long time at all levels. The recruitment team was based off-site and did not provide feedback when promised. In the end I had to chase HCL's internal travel agent for a ticket to get me to my interview because no one else did.
