      The interview was a campus interview. First there was a GD, then a written aptitude test and finally a long 1:1 interview with a very senior person in the organization who asked questions related to my final year project, my other projects and why i considered myself for the post.

      Entrevista

      Interview was for the position of Management trainee in Pre-sales and sales. I opted for pre-sales. 1st round was IQ/Intelligence test (written). There were 60 questions to be answered in 30 minutes or less. All questions were to check pattern recognition skills. Each question had a series of figures and one had to find out the last missing piece in the series from the given options. In addition to being accurate, speed was required as at the time of submission of the answer booklet, time taken to answer was also considered. This was a major elimination round. Of the 180-odd students from my college who appeared, 19 were selected for the next round. For the 2nd round the students were split into two groups -one with 10 and the other with 9 candidates. 2nd round was a group-discussion round in which the analytic skills of the student were observed and of the 19 9 were selected for the next round. The 3rd round was another group-discussion round and the candidate's ability at analysis with diligence and his/her ability to convince people to see his/her point was observed. 5 candidates were short-listed for the final round which was a 1:1 interview. The candidates were asked questions based on the profile they were interested and based on this round 2 students were selected -one for pre-sales and one for sales.
