Overall the interview process was not too long an average of 3 interviews max then the decision was made which was appreciated because most luxe store drag out the proceess

This was a long and very drawn out process with lack of communication from the company. There was an initial phone screen with a recruiter, then multiple interviews with layers of management levels. Seems like there is a big disconnect between management.
