I had 3 phone interviews and then invited to meet in person at a Grocery Outlet Store. They seemed to be very judgemental and I have never walked away with an empty feeling from a meeting with a possible future employer as I did with this company. The vibes were so negative that it seemed like they make a decision based solely on your looks. I am m not talking about how you are dressed, it is more about your looks and your age. My experience was more than enough for the position regardless of age. If anyone has interviewed for the set crew position, you might have noticed that they only hire younger people in their early 20's. They completely made me waste my gas and time (40 mile drive) for nothing.
