Very exhausting interview process. First online meeting. Then if pass, invited for four days of hiring and training in person. The first day is all activities and role play to see if you pass. Done exclusively in English. The next three days is more role play and training.

0) CV evaluation 1) skype interview to assess candidate fitness for the role and english level. About 30 minutes. 2) group assesment in Rome ( 1 morning) 3) training/Selection in Rome (3 days)

Three sets of virtual interviews with teams based in Italy. Friendly and knowledgable interviewers, and a reasonable, fair set of questions, etc. Overall a great process, and I enjoyed my interviewers approaches. Good, open and honest conversation with direct communication.
