I would consider the interview as "prying," since the interviewer asked more personal than business related questions. It was as if all of the questions were digging into my personality. They seemed to be hiring in regard to personal aspects, rather than skills or experience.
I came away feeling violated, and unhappy. Later, I recieved a call that I was not chosen for the job.

What would your previous employer have done to keep you from leaving the job?
need a local background check, and then taking a drug test. You only need to have one interview..After getting hired you may not get the hours that they tell you that you were going to get. If they tell you that you are going to get 40 hours a week you may get lucky and average 36 hours a week. They do not like to pay over time.
