Received an offer which was 30% lower than initially agreed salary. When I asked what is the reason for this dispersion and why I will be assigned to the different department than initially discussed, recruiter mentioned that role is closed already and withdrawn even this tiny offer. I believe that someone already had similar experience with Glovo before, based on the comments. Totally disrespectful to the candidates' time, considering that there were 5 interviews and take home test which takes couple of days to complete. Avoid.

The hiring process consisted of: 1 interview with HR (Culture Fit) 1 interview with Hiring Manager (Business problem + Culture Fit) 1 week to prepare BC BC presentation during 1 hour to different stakeholders

It was a pleasant interview that lasted 45minutes. It began with general question of letting the interviewer know you more, then they told you what Glovo does and finally a technical portion that asks you to calculate different ratios

Me hicieron hacer 5 entrevistas y no sabían para que puesto era. Luego de la 5ta me hicieron formalmente una oferta y era menos de lo que estaba ganando (ya se los había informado en el proceso).

The first interview it is just a screening call with HR. Thiss interview is just to know about your experience and your salary expectation. The second is a technical interview. The asked many questions about SQL, A/B test and stadistics.

I interviewed for a position that has been later put "on hold"(aka cancelled) after 3 days. I redirected on another similar position. During the first interview (pretty easy and informal) I asked about the salary band of the position but weirdly the recruiter was not aware of it. They told me I would receive an email within 24 hours to follow up about it and salary expectations. However, never heard from them again. I found it kinda unprofessional and I think the classical impersonal no-reply email "sorry but..." to forward to the list of rejected candidates could be part of the selection process of the company that sell itself as a "people first" enterprise.

The interview was quick and confusing. It seemed like the interviewers wanted to end it as quick as possible. The asked some questions related to possible scenarios but with basically no context. They also asked for glovo values.
