Not good! Hiring manager didn't even bother to show up for the interview. Was told I would hear the next week about making it to the next round but instead they kept deferring an updates for a month. Seems to be an environment that is racially diverse (props for this) but has a long way to go in terms of socioeconomic, disability and gender.
