Entrevista
First of all HR round is going to be conducted, where they ask you about yourself, your academic and certificate course if you have done any that why you have done this course. These questions are for checking your communication skills.
Second you fill be facing managerial round in this bring your mind set up for night shifts they will check you by offering day shift as well but don't get into trap just choose the night shift and whatever you say just say with confidence.

Person will pass through 6-8 rounds of interview. One on one, written, etc then will have to clear the rounds and person should be enthusiastic about the company to work with. Good Luck
