Was interviewed once two years prior to my employment with a manager who has since left. The initial interview put me off as the manager did not introduce me to any staff, she walked through the rehab room and did not speak to any of the therapists. I did not accept the position based upon this interview. The second interview 2 years later went well, the manager was friendly and introduced me to the therapists in the room.
