Entrevista
The entire interview process was fairly difficult. It consisted of a phone interview which was comprised of basic science questions and an in-person interview which consisted of more basic interview questions. The person that interviewed with me was very friendly and the facility was beautiful.
My only complaint is that I received absolutely no feedback about the interview after I found out that I wasn't offered the position. After having a good interview, it can be a disheartening to hear that they "have no specific reason for the decision." It would be nice if they were a little more helpful in that regard.
Informal, though they may do it differently each time. I had a 3-panel interview and was immediately notified within a couple of days that they wanted to move forward. As long as you are open to learning and can get along with the interviewers, you should be ok.

The interviews were able to be conducted virtually which was convenient. The questions were standard apart from the one wildcard question that was asked each time. That was a fun addition of their interviews which always kept me on my toes.

Entrevista
Interviewer was rude and stand-offish, almost mocking. Felt like working there would be a very stressful environment just due to management. Explained towards the end of the interview that it could take months before being offered a job due to their hiring process.
