I applied for the Research Scientist position online and got my reply within a week. I did the interview over teams. Had an interview with two people who didn't even bother to turn on their camera. Interview was mostly conducted in mandarin, which I was ok with going in.

Phone screening, phone interview, and panel interview.
Overall, the experience is great. The progress was very fast and took in total one month to finish all the interviewing process. People are very professional during phone interview and panel interview. Panel interview included a substantial amount of discussion about the research techniques.

1st round: Recruiter interview 2nd round: Technique interview 3rd round: Team interview Pros: Small group, they ask critical scientific questions Cons: No chance for 1-1 interview. The head seems to be really hands on and demanding
