Introduced via a recruiter and had two interviews. Interviews took place with the head of Ecommerce and the HR manager of the business. The first interview was straightforward and concentrated on experience, skills and personality traits. Being a games company they were interested in people who were gamers themselves. I felt the interview went quite well and the people interviewing were nice. After a week or so I was invited back and had to give a presentation on how I would handle running a Christmas marketing campaign. I gave a pretty long presentation covering many aspects though thinking back it was probably a little naive, though passionate. After a few days a I was given an offer which I declined holding out for more money. They met me half way and I finally accepted. I was told later that the presentation had "blown them away". The whole process was smooth and fairly enjoyable for an interview.
