Entrevista
My interview was less an interview and more just getting to know my manager. He asked general questions about my experience, and then for the most part we just had a normal conversation. This will vary by manager, naturally -- working for GameStop is an experience by and large dictated by which manager you work for more than anything else. The key here is generally to go in for seasonal, get your foot in the door, and then make them certain they would be horribly sad to lose you. Now, this isn't a guarantee -- lately, districts all over the country are being told to cut hours and not all stores will be in a position to keep anyone, but if you're good (and I mean REALLY good) they will fight for you if they're a good manager.

They were all straightforward and not difficult to answer.

Met with the manager and interviewed. Good interview, professional, the questions were good and not invasive. The job seemed like a good fit but there were only a few positions open.

Standard questions given by the managers and assistant manager. Questions involving teamwork, managing time, and organization. Also, work history and education. Experience with last and current game consoles is a must. Relaxed environment while appearing business casual. No need to do an online application.
Applied online and then got a call to schedule interview. She asked me about what games I like, consoles I have, etc...Then she went over how strict the job is alongside the pay rate and I, for some reason, still said I wanted to work there.
