Filled out application online, immediately sent personality and critical thinking test. Filled that out and passed and within an hour was invited to do the video interview. Did not hear anything for 3 weeks after the video interview and was surprised to get a call from a regional supervisor who asked me to come in for the role play interview. Role play interview took 2 hours and was a bit stressful but I felt confident I had done well. I was told it could take 3 weeks to hear anything back due to corporate having to review the scores however I received a call the next day from the regional manager who asked if I could do a final one hour phone interview with him. I scheduled it for the next day and spoke with him. The final interview was more relaxed and it was a few basic questions and more so of him explaining the job and answering any questions I had about the job and the company. But the manager seemed to like me and we had a really good and relaxed conversation however I was not offered a job at the end of the interview, and from what I can gather based on other reviews if you aren’t offered at the end of the call, you aren’t getting the job. He told me he’d follow up within a few days to let me know. I will update if I actually end up getting an offer.

Decent experience with the hiring managers. They asked a ton of questions and provided transparency on everything that was mentioned. It was a simple interview and I would recommend the company.
