Called 20 minutes late, very robotic, and a lot of awkward pauses while they recorded answers. He asked me about other companies that I have interviewed with and wanted specific details. Then he asked me to choose between them and Geico (if all factors were equal).. I thought that was very weird considering he hadn't told me anything about Geico or the program yet. Also asked me if I had any concerns about the position so I told him, then he got defensive and said he had already explained that part. That doesn't mean it is not a concern of mine. Given that experience I will definitely not take this opportunity further.
