A human resource hiring manager did the interview. It was a 30 minute video conference. I was asked multiple behavioural questions. They asked the typical ones and a few unusual ones. No technical questions were asked.

The interview consisted of 5 behavioral questions (tell me a time when...). It is clear when you walk in the door whether you are being seriously considered as a candidate.

Tell me a time when you faced a difficult challenge and explain how you overcame that challenge.
The interview process went very smoothly. I was asked some basic questions at first and introduced myself. I then was asked some situational type questions. The interview was around an hour long.
