They were very friendly throughout the process and even during presentation they kept saying it was great. I gave them some marketing ideas that, funny enough, they said they were already working on -which shows I understand the brand and I am in line with their existing marketing strategy without even working for them! A few days later I was given the most incomprehensible feedback that I have ever received. I asked HR for more detailed feedback to understand what the issue was, especially after such a nice and smooth process, but they never got back to me. I can, of course, take no for an answer and learn from feedback for future improvements but this whole process (interview reactions vs final feedback) was incoherence and shocking.
