HR shortlisted the candidate and ask for further round, it will be online in majority case's.they take interview and HR will confirm immediately whether you are selected or not. They usually give feedback.
You will have to be prepared for scenario based questions...
Normally experienced candidate with atleast 3+ Years of experience with core procurement domain.
Three rounds of interview including the HR.
Very smoot onboarding process which you may fill better depends upon your previous onboarding experiences.
