Straightforward 3 rounds: phone, small panel, boss. At that point the salary structure was very unclear and did not meet my expectations. The interview questions were behavioral in nature, and focused on “negative” attributes rather than a demonstration of skills and abilities. Overall the culture and unclear communication was not a match for me.
