A good interview process- everyone was informed, on time, friendly, and prepared with what topics they were covering. This was as things. were still being adjusted for the pandemic, which I imagine affected quite a few company's ability to still make this a good candidate experience. Front did a very good job with this, both in terms of moving quickly and having it be a well-organized process.
