      1. Had a referral through a mutual acquaintance. 2. A 30-min call with the recruiter to assess a potential fit 3. A 30-min initial interview call with a Lead CSM for fit / situational questions / getting to know me. 4. A 30-min secondary interview with the head of CSM for fit / situational questions / getting to know me. 5. 1st Onsite meeting with 4 people: - Lead CSM and Head of CSM (Whom I spoke with previously) - CSM - Head of Sales 6. 2nd Onsite / Final Round with 2 people and Lunch with CSM's. - Presentation on the Front Product for Onboarding with Lead CSM and Head of CSM - Team lunch with the CSM team 7. Received offer 1-week after

      I had a first 30 min phone interview with the Hiring Manager. HM did not even introduce herself. The only question I was asked, after the presentation of the role, was to speak about my experience. Without further questions the HM determined I was not the right fit. It was clear to me that the HM did not have any interest in me joining the company as when I asked for her recommendation regarding other roles or teams that would better fit my profile she quickly referred me to the recruiter and cut the call.

      Applied via Glassdoor and was granted an interview with the hiring manager. HR sent links to the company website as well as day/time and link Zoom interview. From the information I read on Front's website, the company cares for their employees and has spent time and effort to make sure employees have what they need to succeed. At the time of the interview, I spent a few minutes on Zoom but no one logged in on the other side. Finally, my phone rang, I picked up and the hiring manager started the interview. She asked me a few basic questions, asked if I had any questions, then ended the interview. The hiring manager seemed in a hurry and uninterested. Also, it sounded like she was on a cell phone driving in a care or walking outside. Process took about 15 minutes, at the most. Someone else, in another Glassdoor post mentioned a similar experience. It's disheartening to spend time and effort learning about a company only to have an interview with someone who clearly doesn't want to hire you. Front seems like a great company with real potential, so I hope the above advice can help them work with their hiring managers so they can do a better job interviewing candidates.

      Entrevista

      Started with a phone screen with a recruiter and then an interview with the hiring manager. Unfortunately the hiring manager was late and when she finally showed, she asked me one question (question listed below) and then called it a day. Felt like her mind was made up in which case it was a waste of time for me. Respecting other people’s time and willingness to apply for your org is important and SW’s interview style resulted in an abject environment. Given the role this person is in, I hope they can learn to maintain respectability regardless of what they think of candidates.
