Initially, I came in for a Web Developer position but had also seen an opening for a Business Analyst position that I was interested in. When I came for my first interview, based on my resume, the COO asked if I was also interested in this position (I didn't even have to bring it up) and I said yes. After the first initial interview in which I was asked some technical and some HR questions I was given a BA project, with a week to complete it. Once I completed the project I came back in for a second interview. In my final interview, I met the CEO and got the job.
