easy- asked a couple of questions about experience took about 30 min. Interview was scheduled with clinical manager. Given a tour of facility. Followed up with an offer. Waited one week for official offer.

Asked about experience, examples of how to handle conflicts at work/stressful situation, what training would be like, etc. Very straightforward. Was interviewed by 2 managers and a charge nurse, virtual interview.

Met with recruiter, managers, and VP. Everyone was very nice and the culture really sold me on the company. Process took a while due to scheduling but overall had everything done in about a month.

I applied for the role online and was contacted by a recruiter who gave me some details about the job. The pay and responsibilities were a little light for what I was looking for, but there was a skill-based fit so I took interviews with a Manager and Director. The interview was going well but went south the moment I showed (not kidding) too much ability or interest in improving things. It very much came across as though a group of people with easy jobs don't want anything to change. The interviewers acted rather strange the rest of the way and I never heard back despite following up with thank you's, as I wanted to continue to explore the opportunity. Not mad at all about not getting the offer, found something much better and more challenging, but the unprofessionalism was noteworthy. Anyone interested in process improvement or growth should definitely stay away. However it's great if you want an easy, and fairly well compensated job.
- "We see you went to a quantitative school, and had quantitative roles. This role is not quantitative...."

Applied, got an email to schedule an interview, did microsoft teams interview but had trouble so switched to phone call with no problem, got an email about my offer 6 days later

Submit application, a phone call from the screener, recruiter sends a message and schedules a formal interview. The formal interview was with the regional director of dietetics and director of operations. Questions asked were in regard to the dietetic internship experience and working with an interdisciplinary team. Be sure to review what you did during your internship and sell yourself based on your clinical experience/projects you worked on during your internship. After that, the recruiter will contact you in a week with an offer. I am currently waiting on an offer.
- Describe a time when you worked with an interdisciplinary team member (PA, SW) ? What was this experience like and what information did you share with them? What was their response to your recommendation?

Initially, you will be screened by a recruiter who will ask questions about why you are choosing Fresenius. I was then directed to the hiring manager who used a set of questions that asked me about my work ethic.

I had three interviews. The first was with the team supervisor, then with the supervisor and their manager, and lastly with the RVP and a few others. The process moved fairly quick and I was always informed of the next steps.
