Interview process was thorough and easy. 2 initial phone interviews and 3 face to face interviews. Got a good chance to see the work environment and team. There was an easy online application and some basic paperwork when I came in for face to face. The company conducts a backcheck on every employee which is comforting. There is a site tour and a realistic job profile. Everything was very organized and well timed.
