Was interviewed jointly by the technology director and the IT Manager. Overall process was pretty easy. I was asked to discuss my prior experience and education, followed up by a series of questions for how I would handle certain situations. Finally, I was asked why I thought I would be a good fit for the role. They asked what salary range I was looking for, but would not elaborate what pay they were themselves open to.
