I found out about the interview through a recruiter. The process started with a preliminary interview with an Estimator. Then an online questionnaire. The final step was an interview with HR and VP of Construction.

It was very cool. They make you feel very comfortable And they were very easy people to talk to. 2 interviews were conducted with me: one with the senior project manager himself (one on one) and the last one was with the Executive Vice President of the construction department and HR manager
