It was a full day assessment that included team building exercises, presentations and one to one interviews. The interviewers were very professional and introduced us to the previous year's cohort who were more than helpful to provide insights into their first year. The only negative point of the interview process was that the company took nearly 2 months to make a decision and kept the interviewees hanging with a holding statement when chased.
