    Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Flight Centre Travel Group (Toronto, ON (Canadá)) en agosto de 2016.

    Entrevista

    10 minute phone call. Then 60-90 minute internet assessment (very long).
    Then for the in person interview they put you and a bunch of candidates around a round table. First they tell you how good the company is, then have someone else from the company present; you can just sit back and listen. Then, the main interviewer put a bunch of objects on the table and made us explain in 2-3 person groups which items are best to be a sales associate (cell phone, souvenir, sales pamphlet, calculator, stapler, pen and notepad, map, etc...). You then have to sell each item as to why it is the best for a travel agent.
    Later, interviewers gave us a test booklet to quiz us on (its very common sense, logical vacation destinations) as each person went into a room to sell the interviewer on a dream vacation. If you have ever vacationed somewhere the "client" asks you why they should go to the place they have been, what to do, prices, etc... and you have to sell them on the vacation spot. Its a role play of a client seller situation. If you have basic interpersonal/sales skills you should be fine.
