First round was online test having 2 coding problems. Very easy, just for-loop and if-else logic based. Next round was telephonic technical discussion. Interview started with asking python theory questions and then some linux questions. I could not answer them since they were not generic questions and one would answer them only if they had used those in past. I told me about my website which is written in python-flask, but he was least interested. After the call, i was able to find all the answers within 10 minutes. In actual job, i could have coded it all. We are all allowed to use google in actual job. right. Only requirement is your understand and implement code. You had definitely lost a good candidate based on your bad intellect of interviewer.
