I was called in for an interview with the hiring manager. He was very nice and the question were not hard. I was forced to expand on my knowledge of shoes and how would sell a shoe.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
