Recruiter was very pleasant. After in person interview with Financial Center Manager, very intimidating phone interview with the Regional Manager. Every answer had two or three additional questions following. Probably the toughest interview I've ever had.

Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.

a series of phone and zoom calls that are about 1-2 weeks apart. the annoying thing was when i asked about how the quotas worked (that they breifly brought up) they seemed a little annoyed with me
