Nefasto proceso de entrevista así como su entrevistador. Preguntas muy personales y cuestionando todo tu curriculum. Jamas tuve una experiencia tan mala. Una startup que no sabe como tratar potenciales empleados.

Entrevista
A bit disappointing... It involved an interview with a Talent Lead, followed by a psychotechnical test similar to the SAT, divided into three sections: Abstract reasoning (11 questions in 16 minutes), Numerical reasoning (11 questions in 22 minutes), and Verbal reasoning (12 questions in 22 minutes).
A very demanding and unnecessary test for the role that caught me off-guard. It did not reflect my job history or aptitude for the role.

Un poco decepcionante... Una primera entrevista con un Talent Lead, seguida de un test psicotécnico similar al SAT, dividido en tres secciones: Razonamiento abstracto (11 preguntas en 16 minutos), Razonamiento numérico (11 preguntas en 22 minutos), y Razonamiento verbal (12 preguntas en 22 minutos).
Un test innecesario muy exigente para el puesto y que me pilló desprevenido. No creo que reflejara mi historial laboral ni mi aptitud para el puesto.

Lamentable es poco. Si alguien que pone cara de intensito mientras lee descaradamente un guión bochornoso y no muestra ni un ápice de interés por el candidato es el reflejo de la empresa, no malgasto ni el click que me cuesta adjuntar mi currículum.
Un proceso de selección es bidireccional, y los candidatos esperan información de primera mano, no una dosis de pasivo-agresividad por no haber investigado hasta el último detalle de una empresa que ni siquiera es clara en lo que busca y ofrece.
Primero hay que estar capacitado para descartar a la gente a la que se ignora en “entrevistas”. Relax.
