Tras un par de entrevistas sencillas una telefónica y otra presencial, con preguntas básicas, tuve entrevista con el MD de España
Me pidieron un plan a 6 y a 12 meses con todos los detalles posibles para optimizar collections
Me dijeron que no habría entrevista con Alemania porque en España las decisiones las tomaban sin consultar a nadie.
Creo que el puesto y la vacante nunca existieron y fue una forma gratuita de conseguir ideas: tomadura de pelo!

Entrevista

It was a painful experience.
The HR department is either overwhelmed or made up of amateurs. I should have seen it from the beginning and saved me some time and frustration: first feedback I got from HR, was about having problems with the CV I sent "that seems to be written in Spanish".
Tha fact is, that I never had a CV written in Spanish and I would not even be able to write one, if I wanted to. But the position seemed to be interesting, the location ( Malta) too, so I took the blame and pretended I made some mistake and sent again the same CV that was written in English, of course.
I couple of days after I get contacted by another HR, who made it worse: thanks to her I ended up waiting for a Skype call with the hiring manager for almost an hour, not just once, but twice!
And I think it´s actually my bad, as I should have given up the first time.
The first time she gave the wrong Skype ID to the hiring manager ( she somehow found my personal ID instead of using the business one I gave her)
And the second time she said she "never got my reply" ( but I know she did, as I have a tracking tool that tells when an email is opened) and therefore never confirmed to the hiring manager.
On top of it, she was also aggressive and tried to blame me for her mistakes.
At that point, I was sure that I did not want to be part of an organization that is unable to deal with these basic tasks, so I gave up.

Entrevista

Shortly interview process - apply online, then get a call, then personal interview with someone from your country and in your country and if you need to relocate to another country then you have skype interview with people from another country - Malta. Interview and answer process takes too long time. Seemed they are unprofessional.

Entrevista

At the beginning I needed to tell about myself and my previous experience. Then they explained about the role and main tasks. Asked me some specific questions regarding the role and difficult situation resolution. Afterwards checked the necessary language skills. At the end explained everything regarding the paperwork which need to be done before the start of employment.

3 separate interviews with different departments of the company. one with a employee, one with my HR manager and the last one with my current team leader.
All in all a good process, in a good pace

They selected me as a candidate. but they cancelled an interview after it is scheduled for unrealistic and unprofessional reason! very up professional bank, I am surpise that who will open a bank account in this bank!

Worst job interview I have had in years.
No questions related to job function.
The people who interviewed me clearly had no idea how to handle a job interview.
From what they told me I understand company is in chaos, trainees order expensive equipment and management realise it only when the bill comes.
I never got a feedback, I don´t think they actually took any decision.
Further more I specifically stated that I wanted to be refunded for the travel expenses and got written approval.
I never saw my money back.
It was only a couple of train tickets, 100 euro, still it deeply irritated me.
Stay away from this company and for God sake never trust them with your money.
They are going to go bust in two years.

no interview, just a 5 minutes presentation. No one in there is very clear in what seems to be the work, just the teamleaders, and they really don't do much work themselves.

What a "professionalism".... After sending online application, I did receive an e-mail for a phone interview the next day. But no one ever called.... I did send an e-mail to check what is happening and I received some stupid template answer, totally irrelevant to my case.
I didn't want to deal with this company anymore but they did come back to me regarding a different position ( which was not interesting for me at all) and they offered a phone call within 1 hour after sending this e-mail. How can they expect to schedule a phone call after an hour, what if I didn't even see my e-mail.... They didn't even know what I applied for .... I rejected their "invitation" ....

Very very unprofessional, total lack of communication between departments. I don't want to insult these people working there but COME OOON....

I am still in the process that has started in late January. I had like 4 phone interviews with very basic questions. It always sounds very positive and already at the end of the phone interview you get the feedback whether you proceed. However, when you get told that you get a call for the next step in a coming week and you don't hear back for a month... it is not very professional. So, now I got invited for a personal interview... let's see how it goes.
