some customer service questions, then if they feek you might be the right fit you will be asked to come back and meet the managers and answer their questions as well. The first stage is with the HR manager. Then the actual floor manager. HR manager key is eye contact and asking questions about the company. Floor managers key is longevity and wanting to stay with the company.
Phone call, video call, in person interview. Very friendly people throughout, not crazy difficult. Met with the recruiter first and then after meeting on a video call was brought in for the interview person interview
