Initial TA Interview with person with Senior Engineering Manager role who I would be directly reporting too; 3. Management Skills Interview with person with Engineering Manager role; 4. Systems Design with two engineers; 5. Final Interview with a SVP role. Roughly 1h each interview. One SVP role employee failing to appear to the 3rd interview without any kind of apologies later in the 5th final interview. At the point of the 3rd interview I was asked if I wanted to continue the process given the regrettable episode to which - with reservation - I said yes. Feedback for the last interview took a long time and in the end I was told they decided to hire internally instead and cancel the process.
