I had to attend an observation, after that was over I filled out questionnaire and we all got called in for an interview one by one. They hardly asked anything, just basic questions like what hours do I have available to work. It took about five minutes. Very easy interview. I hope to hear back from them soon.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
