As long as you can pass your background and drug tests, they'll hire you They are federally employed, so no marijuana. Management is hit or miss, coworkers are great. There is a large diversity in the workplace. If you have a driver's license apply for the material handler position or courier. Both are a lot of fun.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
