The interview is to make sure that you are someone whom they could move into a sales role or manager of a store in the long run.

Apply for the job then have 2 interviews. 1st is with the direct boss then 2nd is with HR. Not a difficult process but sometimes time-consuming. A fair process is being used. They do get back to you if you're not picked.

A couple of rounds of interview. Really common questions. Interviews were done by different people. First the district manager then the regional. The regional manager was much more involved and had less questions coming off of the list.
