The interview was as basic as possible; the behavioral questions such as "tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here?, why should we hire you?" - those questions were ones people seeking employment should prepare for. A simple preparation for addressing these types of questions would make any interviewee a stand out candidate.

A week or two after applying online, I was contacted for a phone interview with HR. About a week later, I was contacted by the General Manager of the store to interview the next day. After the second interview, I interviewed with the District Manager. I was offered the job the next day.
