Email, then there is a phone screen HR, then I had a phone screen with the hiring manager. I didn't make it past the phone screen with the hiring manager. It was a typical interview, there were no tricky questions interview went well ( or so I thought) it was a nice experience. My only critique, was that I never heard back. I can handle rejection, but to ignore someone after an interview is rude.
