Applied on LinkedIn and the HR calls to set up interview with two of their managers. Presented self well and answered questions but for all the questions asked, they were expecting bookish answers. In law every question needs to be answered situation based. Based on different circumstances. They company does not appreciate your work experience. I was not selected. The second time the HR Contacted me for the similar role and set up another interview. Almost same questions were asked and I answered. Their professionalism was at a high. The rejection email was sent to me next day by another HR. I never heard from the HR who set up the interview. I felt like the company set up the Interview to show diversity in their interview process and not really with an intention to select you. If they really did they wouldn't need to reject someone twice on same set of questions. I'm an experienced candidate who moved to Belfast from elsewhere and thought to start with a Beginner role where they say they will provide training but still couldn't get the job. Not sure if I was at fault. Felt like a total waste of time interviewing with Factor.
